Consequently, a description of the Chinese pastoral leadership role in missions mobilization was constructed, through integrating the findings from interviewing the research participants with a comparative study of some biblical characters in both Old and New Testaments, the teaching of Christ on servant leadership, and the Chinese traditional paradigm of paternal headship.
