The project director trained the participants during four instructional sessions on a Saturday. The project director also distributed additional materials for personal application. The first session of the workshop included instructing the selected members on the reason for a greeter ministry. The project director discussed biblical foundations and resources for a greeter ministry. Session two of the workshop focused on the responsibilities of the selected members for an effective greeter ministry. In the third session of the workshop, the group evaluated the comments from a 'secret worshipper' and developed a plan to enhance a guest's experience. Role-playing was utilized in the third session for the purpose of training the group. The researcher interviewed thirty Muslim-background believers living in Jordan at the time of the research. It surveys the faith stories of seven evangelical leaders and their sons from the mid-twentieth century to the present. It also surveys the canon of scripture to see how the baton of faith is passed or not passed from fathers to sons. Using an author-developed questionaire, the seven case studies were evaluated in the areas of conversion experience, subsequent challenges to faith, and relationship between fathers and sons. In addition this research examines father/son relationships through the entire canon of scripture. The first two chapters draw an introductory portrait of ministry needs. The next two chapters use examples of church conflict found in the New Testament and describe the findings from survey analysis. The difference between the pretest and posttest in the desire of the Christian adolescents to abstain from premarital sex was statistically significant. It was hypothesized that the incorporation of biblical teaching and cultural aspects of forgiveness would provide a forgiveness paradigm that could increase the motivation to forgive among the target community. However, the increase of scores in the willingness to forgive after the workshop was not statistically significant.
