The project examines the development of the unique postmodern perspective on spirituality and how the preacher can speak to postmodern hearts and minds using the textual approaches of Midrash, Lectio Divina, and deconstruction. It culminates in the delivery of a workshop and accompanying workbook for preachers who are interested in using the Revised Common Lectionary to preach to postmoderns, particularly in the setting of the non-traditional church. He believed that this was partially due to a lack of prayer regarding the preaching. He therefore led the church in cultivating an atmosphere of prayer for the preaching through deepening his own prayer life, teaching a six-week lesson series on intercessory prayer, and preaching four sermons on how to have a powerful prayer life. Secondly, leaders need to be trained for self-differentiation and forgiving others in order to build healthy relationships. These trainings help leaders to build character so that they can establish relationship based leadership in small groups. For the development, geo-cultural situations, Korean church-associated issues and various women-specific needs were examined.  After the implementation with a sample group, through various surveys and group discussions, the methodology, purpose and target-audience identification were refined and resulted in a long-term comprehensive program called 'Wise Women Project.'
