We see Jesus display God's heart through Luke 4:16-21 of the New Testament. By God's power and anointing, Jesus spreads the heavenly gospel to display that Christ is the Messiah and also God and thus fulfilling Isaiah 61:1-3. After Jesus rose again and ascended into Heaven, the disciples gathered in Jerusalem to await the promised Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit descended upon the disciples during the Pentecost, bringing them authority and enabling them to proclaim the heavenly gospel throughout the nations. By Christ's great power, many people received healing and deliverance. This research also includes the deductions made by experts on this subject and personal experiences in ministry to analyze the probable method that 'healing and deliverance' will be valued and utilized by churches to shepherd their people. The research content and area of this dissertation: 1.To investigate the theological principles behind 'healing and deliverance' and investigate the methods Jesus and his disciples used to serve; 2.Study the work of destruction Satan has initiated on Earth so Christians can overcome the power of darkness; 3.Provide breakthrough and the appropriate solution by answering: 'What subjective and objective challenges in the environment are faced during healing and deliverance?'; and, 4.Learn ways to establish authority and victory for the army of the Lord, save people for God. Factors were isolated that contributed to the sustainability of such homes.  This qualitative study included case studies of two sustainable and two non-sustainable homes.  Workers from each home were interviewed with queries relating to how the home was organized, managed, assessed, and resources were received and utilized.  Chief findings related to how sustainability was viewed throughout each home beginning with strategic planning, how it was organized, and functioned. These two little known individuals, Abba Evagrius and Amma Syndetica, provide wisdom and teachings from the desert that are highly valuable for the spiritual formation of contemporary lay ministers. The 'Strong-side appeasement' and 'Meditor reconciliation' methods presented are the most successful examples which correlate with 'Kenosis' and 'Mediator'. The Almighty God humbled himself and sacrificed his son to embrace sinners who departed from God, and Jesus Christ restores peace as a mediator. This salvation demonstrates which sides, whether 'rational', 'wronged', or 'greater', should take initiative and seek peace in order to help reach successful reconciliation. Due to broken trust in the relationship, many married couples are unable or unwilling to fully utilize even skills they already have to strengthen their marriage. If broken marital trust was fully repaired, not only would marital trust levels rise, but so would commitment and forgiveness. Through pretest, posttest, and follow-up tests during a small group intervention study, the researcher determined that trust was increased in the majority of couples. The researcher analyzed three biblical leaders' developments while considering the effects on family system. To further develop a theory, relevant literature of leadership development and family systems was explored. A qualitative and quantitative, grounded theory study was conducted using surveys and interviews of church leaders participating in a retreat to develop personal vision and major role statements.
