The differences exist between young children under about age 7, children from around 7 to 11, teenagers who have the adult tools for mature listening comprehension, and more mature adult listeners. This paper examines how preachers in intergenerational worship services preach intentionally to all generations without sacrificing the essentials of expository Christ-centered preaching. It also includes segments on pitfalls to avoid and suggestions for obtaining and using feedback. Twelve couples were assembled. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with them. The recorded interviews were transcribed and analyzed using the constant comparative analysis method.Four themes emerged from the analysis: trustworthy pastor, ready participants, effective program, and complementary practices. The purpose of this study was to explore how transplanted vocational ministers developed a sense of belonging to the city. The study utilized a qualitative design using semi-structured interviews and the data was analyzed using the constant comparative method. This study was designed using applied qualitative research, specifically a case study of six men who participated in a discipleship group for nine months. Nurturing leadership is needed in order to develop and grow congregants. The purpose of this study was to investigate how senior pastors develop their congregants through nurturing leadership. Research questions:  How do senior pastors develop their congregants in spiritual renewal, spiritual gifts? The challenges that they face and the benefits gain. Eight pastors were interviewed, using a qualitative semi-structured format, and data was analyzed using the constant comparative method.  Using nurturing leadership pastors renew, transform, grow and develop their congregant spiritual gifts. Congregation members attended a community development conference, participated in small group book studies, and engaged with a blog focused on an empowerment model of mission ministries. These activities prompted small but significant changes to existing ministries. Through three sets of personal exercises and three group meetings, the majority of project participants demonstrated an understanding of project content and created a growth plan for self-awareness and self-difentiated leadership. God commands believers to engage his word, and through obedience to his command, members have the opportunity for spiritual change.  Scripture records both reading and/or listening as two mediums for engagement.  The administrator of this project directed memebrs to engage Scripture through an aural medium .  Listening and reflection templates along with five assessments provided measurable evaluations.
