I designed and implemented a four-session retreat that combined theological foundations, leadership development, and the 4MAT teaching model to help student leaders integrate biblical truth with daily practice. This approach was grounded in the conviction that Gen Z athletes require more than information transfer; they need a holistic transformation that shapes identity, relationships, and mission.\r\n\r\nThe methodology included pre-retreat preparation, lesson design, and \r\nimplementation within the Auburn University Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Each session followed the 4MAT cycle, Why, What, How, and What If, to ensure engagement across diverse learning styles. Evaluations drew from feedback from ministry leaders, participant reflection forms, and direct observation.\r\n\r\nThe results demonstrated growth in participants’ confidence, clarity, and practice of missional living. Students reported greater understanding of their identity in Christ, increased boldness in gospel conversations, and commitment to servant leadership. Using the ministry research model, I researched church dynamics in Mississippi to identify regional church profiles. In this research, I included data from Annual Church Profiles from Southern Baptist churches in Mississippi, along with data from recent census reports, to identify population and demographic trends across the state. The synthesis of this data identified five regional church profiles in various parts of the state. Secondly, I researched contemporary church revitalization models and current state convention strategies to identify best practices. Lastly, I developed a strategy planning guide for the Mississippi Baptist Convention. The project consisted of a five-week sermon series on sanctification. The evaluation measured effectiveness through pretests and posttests administered to selected church members. In addition, experts evaluated the theological content, structure, and delivery of the sermons using established rubrics and provided useful feedback. Selected church members also evaluated the sermon delivery using rubrics. Finally, weekly personal reflection and application of these evaluations served as an additional means of assessing the project’s success. The second step in the process was to develop a curriculum that incorporated the vital elements decided upon in the first step. The third and final step was to identify a group of students and equip them with the essential elements for the life of a disciple. I began the project by exploring internal demographics of Burra Baptist to discover trends in membership assimilation. I used the church roll book as a principal source for historical information and a survey for members who joined the church in the last ten years. I then explored existing models of church membership assimilation to determine best practices for Burra Baptist. I explored \r\nliterature in church assimilation and produced an annotated bibliography. I then created an executive summary of best practices. The next step of the project was to develop a church membership assimilation strategy for Burra Baptist. To do this, I recruited and trained a strategy planning team. We met for  four sessions to review the prepared information and then to create a new member assimilation strategy. I will research the curriculum writing process by completing a self-guided study. Using this research, I will create a curriculum on identified essential church revitalization skills. I sought to fulfill three goals in this project: first, to research the field of palliative care, with a focus upon the incarcerated; second, to develop a curriculum to equip students in palliative care skills among the incarcerated; and third, to equip upperclassmen Leavell college students with palliative care skills among the incarcerated through teaching sessions.\r\n\r\nThe methodology for implementing the project included lectures, PowerPoint \r\npresentations, group discussions of skills, role-plays, and field practicum work. \r\nDiscussion scenarios stemmed from the Louisiana State Penitentiary’s hospice program, the Mississippi State Penitentiary’s palliative care unit, and Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I presented the material in six, sixty-minute sessions. The sessions aimed to instruct in three domains of learning: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. I administered pretests and posttests to evaluate student learning. The equipping  model chosen for this project provided the most significant benefit for Friendship Baptist Church and kingdom growth. The project included three different phases.  The first phase involved an exploration of the field of disciple-making to identify essential skills for disciple-making. The second phase focused on developing a curriculum for a disciplemaking workshop to equip participants with the essential  skills for disciple-making. The final phase concluded with the implementation of the equipping workshop. Upon project approval, I finished the Equipping Model and used it to train the ministry team at Dayspring Baptist Church. When the training was complete, the team was taught to apply Disciple-Making Pipeline skills.\r\n\r\nThe purpose of the Disciple-Making Pipeline is to aid the team in effectively \r\ncreating disciples who make more disciples. By equipping the team to use this model, Dayspring will be better prepared to offer consistency in discipleship. The  pipeline gives clear steps and goals referred to as Mile-Markers and Destination Points.\r\n\r\nThe results of this project will be seen in Dayspring’s discipleship growth. The \r\nministry team at Dayspring works well together, relying on every member to help reach the end goals. The project  was completed by meeting three project goals. The first goal was completed by researching the field of mentoring and identifying essential skills for mentor training. The second goal was accomplished by developing a curriculum designed to equip leaders of First Baptist Church De Soto, De Soto, Missouri, in mentoring skills. The third goal was accomplished by equipping selected leaders of First Baptist Church De Soto, De Soto, Missouri, in essential mentoring skills. Leaders were equipped through five sessions over a single-day workshop. Several evaluation metrics were utilized to ensure the project goals were met. Evaluation metrics, including expert evaluators, rubrics, pretests and posttests, and surveys, were used in the project. Two professional goals were also established.
