The ministry leaders were equipped in both classroom training and individual coaching sessions with their coach mentor while they coached two other coachees for a period of three months. The participants successfully acquired an understanding of the biblical foundation and principles of coaching while achieving a demonstrated improvement in the nine CoachNet coaching competencies. A questionnaire was submitted to the leadership of the diocese, consisting of the Bishop, Canon to the Ordinary, and the members of the Standing Committee.  Women's ordination to the priesthood and acceptance of the homosexual lifestyle, together with threats to make the diocese conform, were the most crucial factors. The task is required to research and study about what the community needs. The Korean community where Dream Baptist Church is located sets a high value on children education.  Dream Baptist Church discovered the community needs and developed a children's mission school named Mission Rangers. This project is designed to establish a children's mission school in a local church in order to make the connection with the community and seeks the outreach opportunities. Enlistment and training of teachers will be the first stage.  Second stage focuses on fourteen gathering sessions to conduct a children's mission school. The project lasted for ten weeks and included eight sessions in theories and eight sessions in practical evangelistic visits. Through this project the participants became knowledgeable in the biblical mandate for evangelism, acquired the skills necessary to be effective witnesses and developed the passion and discipline needed for living out the Great Commandment of the Lord. Adapting the main principle of value engineering to a ministry context resulted in an increase in faithful service among the members and a decrease in certain traditions that were hindering the effectiveness of the ministry.  Organizational efforts based on value management helped create several small groups called Little Churches. This project used a quantitative and qualitative research method with questionnaires to pastors of twenty-four Korean American churches which have implemented, or are currently implementing, the EE program for spiritual growth of new and existing members. The EE program has two weakneses in Korean American churches. One is a lack of networks of relationship, and the other is a lack of training and application for witnessing as a way of life. This project shows that the EE program is a good model of discipleship for evangelism-orientation, if properly adapted to Korean American churches. EE is not a canned evangelism program, but it provides a good model of relationship evangelism. This project recommends that the Korean American church needs to make EE their own, and adapt it to their own contexts.
