The long-range project committee presented a long-range plan to the church which was accepted in a unanimous vote. The project employed a five-phase process, including the study of the theology of stewardship, Bible and culture, how to develop a stewardship education process, development of a Ukrainian stewardship education process, and writing and printing materials in Ukrainian. The primary strategy for accomplishing the project's purpose was to develop a structure for equipping leaders to conduct and expand small home Bible study groups at Emmanuel Baptist Church.  Once the new groups were launched, the author supervised or coached the group leaders and co-leaders as they led three home Bible study groups.  This strategy has provided the structure by which these Bible studies will have a multiplying effect throughout the congregation as new groups are formed. The knowledge of the church's needs, theological foundations and theoretical presuppositions all pointed to the needs that the project addressed.  The participants showed an increased awareness of needs and knowledge gained and, as a result, have come across ministry situations that have been better handled as a result of this project. The project became an instrument of planned programming to prepare participants to minister more effectively and knowledgeably. The project also served as a useful resource for the demographics of the church field. For churches which take children's presence seriously and seek to enable and enjoy their gifts, a window is opened for all to whom God has given gifts.  In this thesis the window is called the charismatic paradigm of ministry.  This paradigm opens the way for full participation of children.  More than this, in the charismatic paradigm of ministry, everyone who has God-given gifts is essential to the ministry of the church. The result is a grief workshop design, with comments by three evaluators.
