Mature disciples trained in ministry apartments have been reproducing, thus augmenting the local churches. Disciple-making programs provide opportunities for the exercise of God-given abilities and enhance international networking. With insights from feminist theology and organizational behavior, research methodology was based upon principles of phenomenology, with the researcher functioning as a participant observer.
