This study involved the placement process within the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida during the past five years. Thirty parishes were evaluated after placement of clergy to determine the matching process' success.  The result of the examination indicated that the process works when followed carefully and without circumvention. The people of St Paul's gained new insights into the nature of baptism and the role every adult member plays in helping parents and the congregational family fulfill the baptismal promises. The objective is to evaluate the thesis that seasonal residents will increase involvement in the life of the congregation as meaningful relationships are established, and as they are made to feel a part of the congregation.  To test the thesis a model of ministry is developed, tested, and evaluated.  The results indicate the validity of the thesis. Four sermons were preached in a worship setting, two deductive and two inductive. Eventually, by recognizing salvation even in other religions, in Christian theology salvation without Jesus became possible.  In contrast, the Korean church keeps the Jesus-only faith, prays always, believes the Bible to be the Word of God and experiences the filling of the Holy Spirit.  It is certain that the Korean church will be a faithful missionary church obeying the Great Commission.
