The researcher invited six Chinese-speaking pastors of different ages, genders, languages, and church sizes to cassette-tape three sermons before and another three after the teaching seminar.  The sermons were evaluated according the list of essential elements designed for this project. The method of research was the pro-active method, a method which intentionally engages in qualitative research while actively seeking transformation.  The researcher used observation, a journal and interviews. The majority of families indicated that they perceived their role as educators in the area of faith formation. The project intersects church revitalization, missions, and biblical leadership.  Its purpose was to empower a small group of lay people in the Hungarian Reformed Church (Columbus, Ohio) through a seven month training program to promote the revitalization of their congregation.  Participants showed the greatest changes in their personal spiritual lives, in short-term planning for growth, and in formulating non-negotiable pillars of the church. It defines the nature of courage and the seven moral skills that produce it.  Moral courage empowers people to escape from tyranny and abuse, and fulfill God's magnificent will. The case study involved a congregational storytelling event, six narrative sermons, faith sharing groups, and a questionnaire. Its method is to evaluate through questionnaire and personal interview eight individual members of an Amish religious group.  Assessment of the effects of legalism on their practical struggle with grace will be done on the basis of their experiences in childhood, teen years, and adulthood.  The literature review includes research in religious, denominational, child psychology, and child rearing publications. There is also an extended treatment of the Scriptural record. After considering how other state Baptist conventions do board orientation, the focus of this project narrows specifically to how orientation should be done in Wyoming.
