The strategy defined the goals needed to evangelize and discipline young adults and to initiate the transformation of the culture at TBCC toward becoming one that actively seeks young adults. It includes the theological foundations for discipleship as well as the creative process of conveying said discipleship through creative language and visual tools.  The project addresses the linguistic challenge Christian Churches can experience as a result of generational and theological differences.  This project is a culmination of Westbrook Church's experience as it sought to create congregational minstry allignment by means of new metaphor that would expression the mission of the church found in Matthew 28:18-20. A carefully selected group of 15 members was trained in order that they understand the biblical mandate of evangelism and become active evangelists.  The doctrinal studies covered 4 weeks followed by 6-weeks of actual evangelism training. Over the course of the project, the project director stressed the importance of the Great Commission, led powerful evangelism training whilestressing the missional aspects of the church.  The evangelism teams were formed consisting of 2-3 individuals. Using quantitative and qualitative research methods to study the impact of the revitalization training on the participants, the researcher concluded that the hypothesis was correct.  The theological chapter studies church revitalization leaders as strategic, missionary leaders. The curriculum for the weekend highlighted five disciplines that would be most useful for worship leaders: worship, Bible intake, prayer, solitude and silence, and service.  The project director used various learning methods to train these worship leaders in the five disciplines.  During the five sessions of the equipping workshop, the worship leaders practiced the spiritual disciplines. To accomplish this the project director first conducted research in the area of spiritual formation. From this research he identified six spiritual disciplines that he deemed essential to effective spiritual formation, namely Scripture intake, prayer, worship, confession, service, and witness. He then created a curriculum comprised of seven sessions, covering the concept of discipline and each of the six identified spiritual disciplines. He implemented the curriculum in six one-hour meetings of the course of six weeks.
