In addition, there is a biblical-theological overview of 'apostolicity' (with focused exegesis of Ephesians 4 and Acts 17). This project consisted of eleven training sessions and two weekend retreats used to teach biblical humility and the ability to listen by using the formula of the Real Time Strategic Change Method. Findings revealed that the participants grew in the virtue of humility while the change in listening skills were not statistical significant. God commands believers to engage his word, and through obedience to this command, members have the opportunity for spiritual change. Scripture records both reading and/or listening as two mediums for engagement. In this project, the administrator directed members to engage Scripture through an aural medium. Listening and reflection templates along with five assessments provided measurable evaluations. Using Everett Roger's attributes of innovations in a series of focus groups and semi-guided interviews, this study explores the theology and best practices of an Anglo church experiencing growth through integrated Hispanic ministry. A survey of Hispanic ministry models is offered highlighting the integrated model. Teaching was conducted at a one-day workshop and focused on viewing church health through the lenses of God's mission, systems theory perspectives related to mission, and revitalization principles interpreted through God's mission for the church. Observations and interviews assessed how participants were impacted. The author hypothesized that increasing levels of unity and partnership within marriage would correlate to higher levels of closeness/intimacy and marital satisfaction. The method used to prove this hypothesis was to infuse marital education with concepts and strategies of unity and partnership in an eight-hour seminar, 30 day exercise guide, email communications, and measuring change in levels over a 120 day period. This deviates from most new member classes, which are often only a few hours in length. Teaching and training participants (twenty-five adult Christ-followers at Foundation Church, Sapulpa, Oklahoma) over a twelve-week period to pray and apply scriptures specifically addressing worry reduction and trusting in God throughout their day proved successful. The researcher studied the scriptures and identified three traits of biblical evangelism found within both the Old and New Testaments. Using the Diffusion of Innovation Theory as theoretical grounding, the researcher then developed and taught a six-week evangelism seminar and mentored five Air Force members on evangelism. The researcher conducted phenomenological interviews with the seminar attendees and mentees. Using a broad survey of churches in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States, this project demonstrates that many congregations do not provide opportunities for disabled individuals to serve in regular worship gatherings. Follow-up interviews with currently inclusive churches show that providing opportunities for people with disabilities to contribute to the worship service is manageable for most congregations and is beneficial to the church community.
