Activities included training sessions, completing a spiritual gifts inventory, and participating in field experiences.  Evaluation included pre-test and post-test questionnaires, expert opinion, interviews, and critical observation. The project was an attempt to demonstrate the genuine concern First Baptist Church had for the surrounding community. Twenty-four students were randomly selected to participate in a ten-week course in vocational guidance.  The participants were controlled for gender, age, and educational level. The program equipped students to understand the relationship between God's will and decision making, and to recognize God's vocational will for their lives.  The program included the historical, descriptive survey, and experimental methods of research.
