A review of this product will provide the reader with an overview of the concepts, skills and tools used in leadership and management. The nature of conflict is carefully studied through an actual church conflict.  The case study method analyzes the conflict and describes positive and negative management principles.  These principles are then compared to other conflict management models.  The results of the study provide principles that develop a theology of conflict in the local church. Conflict management models are compared. The informants were selected on the basis of their commitment and level of participation in the center.  This qualitative research encompassed a semistructured interview guide.  Five clients and five counselors were interviewed to determine the effectiveness of using womanist theology in the development of a pastoral counseling center.  The conclusion indicates that it is useful to use womanist theology in the development of a pastoral counseling center. To address this need, 12 adults in Daebang Methodist Church were trained in the understanding and practice of Christian contemplation.  The project was grounded in a study of the biblical, theological, historical, and psychological approaches to spiritual theology and Christian contemplation, in comparison with the practice of contemplation in other religions in Korea. Changes in the understanding and practice of contemplation through the 26-session training course, which were measured by a written pre/post questionnaire, took place in the areas of faith development, value of life, and experience of sanctification. It was based on an approach to confirmation as a process of identity formation. The project concluded with a 'mission worship' led by the youth in which samulnori and other aspects of Korean culture were introduced into the confirmation service. A study guide was prepared to encourage participant reflection and action. The project affirms sabbath as a vital part of God's creative activity.  Christians are called to a creative and caring partnership with God.  The aim of the study was to indicate that the concept of sabbath helps connect persons to God's purposes for creation. The course content was developed out of a study of biblical and theological foundations of mission, a review of the history of Korean overseas mission, and a survey of present understandings of mission in these same five churches.  Questionnaires administered before and after the course indicated changed attitudes toward critical issues in overseas missions policy and practice. The results of this project revealed that the teachers have a strong sense of vocation and commitment as teachers.  However, they lack self-confidence as teachers due to their inadequate training and preparation. The design included an in-depth interview with four women between the ages of forty-eight and seventy-six.  The analysis sought to identify the attachment patterns, discuss how those impacted personality, and discern if one's religious experience could modify those patterns. It was based on a theology of church as body of Christ and ministry as the priesthood of all believers, a historical study of Wesley's class meetings, and an integral model of ministry.
