The model introduced traditional Christian ideas of faith, grace, hope, mercy and salvation into the critical issues faced by these young adults.  This model permitted the sermon to address the tensions involved in the interactive forces and elements faced by these young adults.  This preaching model addresses contemporary issues biblically to enable young adults to hear the call to commit their lives to the gospel of Jesus Christ.  A sample group in the age range 30-35 heard four sermons developed and preached by the author.  Each participant filled out a questionnaire after the sermon to measure their responses to the critical issues and Christian themes raised in the model. One hundred nineteen medium-size congregations of the Oklahoma District Council of the Assemblies of God were studied with concentration given to the auxiliaries reported by those congregations.  The hypothesis was based upon the concept of a unified mission.  Implementation was guided by the belief that multiple functioning and giving auxiliaries affected positively world ministries giving.  The project failed to establish such a positive relationship due to disparities even among churches reporting the same number of auxiliaries. Jesus selected disciples and trained them, so that he could send them as servants.  The Apostle Paul said that the fundamental way for persons to mature is through discipleship training.  The Korean church has grown quantitatively in a way which is unparalleled in any other country.  The zeal as people get together is so tremendous that the impact of church meetings such as morning prayer, night prayer, diocesan worship are incalculable. This project defines the biblical and organizational theory assumptions that undergird the discovery processes, defines the processes, then implements them.  The project was successful in meeting its goals and objectives but resulted in chaos breaking out in the church with the pastor becoming its chief victim. Pastoral counseling was presented in the language of the conservative, Pentecostal church with an examination of the history of pastoral counseling movement, the Church of God, and a display of biblical counseling as it reflects upon psychology and the verbal inspiration of the biblical text.  A close look at the conservative vs liberal theological conflict of the pastoral counseling movement is examined.  It is research designed with a practical workshop that explains the pastoral counseling movement to the local church with information on developing a local church counseling center and the step-by-step process involved. Each unit contains a group discussion guide.  The material can be used in nine individual sessions or in a retreat setting.  The research of the project was carried out during work with hundreds of people involved in ministry at Friendship Chapel in Jenison, Michigan.  The second set of three study units presents a psychological explanation for diversity in the church based on the personality type theory of Carl G Jung.  The final three study units present applications of psychological type theory to three areas of significant diversity in the church.
