Qualitative research in grounded theory was the method used to gather, analyze and interpret the data.  The weft QDA software was used to organize and analyze the data.  Some of the issues identified: the family, single parents, fatherlessness and the church. A likert scale assessment tool was used to measure the group experience impact on the areas of spiritual, emotional, mental, volitional, behavioral, and relational well-being. The most prominent finding was increased spiritual wholeness through inner healing prayer which positively impacted their spiritual well-being. Increases in a pastor's self-described confidence and competency were reported in questionnaires at the conclusion of the training and at 1 and 3 months following the seminar.  A strong majority felt better prepared to work with mixed agenda couples (polarized as to the future of the marriage) and would recommend the training to others. The goals of this project were assessed by using a five-point agreement scale and three qualitative questions. The findings of the data revealed that the participants gained an ability to identify their core longing wounds and an understanding of how their wounds inhibit their ability to experience God's love. Specific spiritual disciplines were practiced in the group. This ethnographic study focused on what motivates congregational lay leaders to bring high levels of commitment to their service in the church and community.  Eight lay leaders were interviewed,  Nineteen motivational factors were identified. The data that were collected and analyzed revealed that the Christian believers know, believe and will trust God to heal them through these various forms of healing, but there was some hesitancy when it came to their attitudes concerning the invasive and non-invasive surgery healing. This paper employed a case study methodology, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. This researcher sought to discover the impact the Sanctus Ministries seminar had on married couples. A study of the methods and philosophy of the Marriage Enrichment (ME) movement was researched to ascertain the kinship that Sanctus had to other marriage enrichment organizations.
