The research director researched the field of elder care and identified the best practices and developed materials to assist in the training of the selected participants. The director then used these materials to develop a four-session workshop whose subjects included: 'What is a caregiver?,' 'Suddenly you are a caregiver,' 'Encouraging spiritual growth,' and 'Creating a care plan.' The director wrote daily devotions for the participants and paired them in strength teams to offer encouragement. The course ended with an overnight retreat. This tool assessed a respondent's formation in Christ-likeness with respect to nine groupings of virtues/vices and six dimensions of the self. based on these results it recommended particular spiritual disciplines. This resource was reviewed by a panel of experts who indicated that it met its project goals reasonably well. Two professional goals assisted the project director to create the social media strategy. First, the project directer increased his knowledge of the unreached and unengaged peoples in the cluster. Second, the project director increased his social media technology skills. A small group of missionaries from the Arabian Peninsula \u0026 Levant Cluster gave assistance to the project director in formulating the strategy. The project director then presented the strategy to the Cluster Strategy Leader. A copy of the resource, integrating anger management theories and praxis with spiritual formation theories and praxis, was presented to an expert panel comprised of pastors and Christian counselors, along with a questionnaire by which evaluations were made of the resource measuring six goal characteristics. Analysis of the results clearly indicates that the six intended goals were reasonably achieved, especially the goal of fostering spiritual formation.
