Baisas, OFM, as a staring point. He delved deeply into the type of spirituality that they have embraced in living their respective religious vocations in the Philippines. These were then respectfully and critically put into dialogue with the Philippine realities and the Christian tradition on religious life, mysticism, prophecy and contextualization using the insights of Sandra Schneiders, IHM, Aloysisu Pieris, SJ, Stephen Bevans, SVD, and the Second Plenary Council of the Philippines, respectively. The said dialogue used a personally-designed model and method in theological reflection in ministry patterned after those of James Whitehead and Evelyn Eaton Whitehead, as well as that of Bernard Lonergan, SJ. The result is the formation of a description of a contextual mystico-prophetic spirituality as a relevant form of spirituality for religious in the Philippines and an elaboration of some of its characteristic features. The two topics of hearing the voice of God in community and consensus-based decision-making were explored. An action plan for the future ministry of the church was developed. Many people have been seeking the Christian faith after obtaining religious freedom.  In today's China, thousands of people receive baptism without proper instruction about Church teaching and practice.  As a result, only a small number remain faithful to their baptismal commitment.  In considering today's new situation, I conducted interviews with catechists who have had experience working on this program in the diocese.  I think the Catholic Church in China faces two critical issues: 1) inadequate preparation for those who wish to be baptized, and 2) inadequate ongoing faith formation and communal support for those who have been baptized... In order to understand these obstacles the researcher did a theological review of the values of Jesus' Kingdom and a literature review of the values of suburban middle-class culture. Of particular interest to the researcher is the significant amount of time and money that people invest in sports. The author proposed to study the Eucharistic themes that are relevant to the life of the Filipino youth. He also suggested embracing a posture of humility in facilitating the seminar. The goal was to find factors that contribute to the after-care worker's tenure. Four case studies focused on questions related to burnout, secondary trauma, support and training. Significant findings revealed issues in categories of motivation, burnout, secondary traumatic stress, vicarious victimization, compassion fatigue, self-care, support and training. After-care workers universally reported significant burnout and secondary trauma. Training, support and healthy self-care measures were found to be a contributing factor of longevity. The author initially supports the practice's legitimacy by describing spiritual direction and offering an historical review of its evolution since the fourth century.  The connection between Scripture and spiritual direction is explored to further encourage Protestants to practice spiritual direction.  A theological perspective of spiritual direction is proposed, specifically regarding the doctrines of God, revelation, and the Holy Spirit.  The last chapter discusses spiritual direction's relationship with evangelicals, gen-Xers, and pastors. Through narrative analysis method based on interviews, with consideration of extensive written sources, the author was able to explore various views on what constitutes genuine reconciliation. The author concludes, as a result, that in genuine reconciliation there are basic spiritual and social elements that must be considered.
