This project seeks to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a tool for developing services to all customer segments of any local church and, therefore, can be applied to the corporate leaders. Lessons from business have demonstrated the CRM is difficult to implement. A CRM framework, such as Gartner's eight block model, would help local churches leverage the benefits of CRM while avoiding the known risks. The difference between the pretest and posttest in the desire of the Christian adolescents to abstain from premarital sex was statistically significant. The conclusion reached in this study is that prayer is the privileged expression of the Father-children relationship, fully granted to us through Jesus, the Son. The thesis develops the biblical/theological basis for healthy sexuality with a theoretical basis. The research design covers a three month time period. Couples were tested before the course and then again after three month. It was hypothesized that the incorporation of biblical teaching and cultural aspects of forgiveness would provide a forgiveness paradigm that could increase the motivation to forgive among the target community. However, the increase of scores in the willingness to forgive after the workshop was not statistically significant. Because of the resistance and difficulties they face in the ministry job market many of these women are expressing anger and disillusionment with the church and with God. Some are even entertaining the idea of walking away from their faith altogether. A ministry can experience revitalization through God's power by discovering God's plan for the organization and recommitting itself to that plan. This occurs primarily through the pastoral ministry of preaching and pastoral leadership. The Praxis Director undertook to lead the congregation in a revitalization initiative to help the church experience renewal through preaching, pastoral leadership, and training. Chapter 3 aimed to improve sermon application in expository preaching. Chapter 4 outlined the sermons used in the project, described the various surveys and feedback groups, and presented the project's schedule. Chapter 5 offered an analysis of the project. This dissertation has three hypotheses. (1) There is an association between parental feelings of failure and coping with adolescent rebellion. (2) There is an association between parental feelings of guilt and coping with adolescent rebellion. (3) There is an association between parental feelings of blame and coping with adolescent rebellion. The Family Values Questionnaire was given to eight families of various compositions, each unit contained least one parent and one adolescent rebelling against the family's values and beliefs.
