This lack of integrity has contributed to a multitude of dysfunctional clergy. Sexual immorality is not predicated on race, gender, status, personality, or intelligence and is ultimately the minister's choice. The questions on the survey are based on my experience leading a merger of three churches. The completed surveys showed at least ten areas that the majority of churches had in common and may thus indicate the potential of a successful merger. Robert Clinton. A qualitative, phenomenological study was conducting using Moustakas' (1994) modified Van Kaam method. The study explored lived experiences with the objective of developing an innovative formation model. The study resulted in the development of formation concepts which would support Christian men who are attempting to live out their full redemptive potential. The resource has five sections intended to be taught as individual sections in a classroom setting or to be used by an individual as a  tutorial. Included in the resource as one of the sections is the Torah translated from Hebrew to English with a side-by-side comparison of both languages in manuscript style. The research question was: What is the transformation that has occurred in the lives of twenty-seven participating pastors? A questionnaire using open-ended and closed questions was developed to discover the degree to which pastors were transformed. Using a qualitative case study method, observations from the wight men were presented in a conversational sequence, and then analyzed for significant themes that were unique to the discipleship experience. The means to spiritual growth were identified, as were the hindrances to spiritual growth. The findings from field studies supported the library research about the belief system of the Thai Buddhist students and their value orientations.
