This project was an equipping model. The project director researched and developed materials to assist in the training of the selected participants. The equipping process included 1) providing a biblical rationale for grief and crisis care; 2) providing information and research regarding grief and crisis aftercare; and 3) training the group to minister to those who have experienced a failed adoption. The dissertation will research the prevalence and scope of pastoral and pastoral spouse sexual misconduct and their acceptance of responsibility. The spiritual relationship with God in an adulterous relationship is examined. Rick Thompson, a career missionary with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention, serving in Brazil; (2) training in the development of teaching plans from Dr. James Ramage, an author and professor at Northern Kentucky University; and (3) evaluations by the selected group at the completion of the training sessions. It demonstrated the need for theologically conservative women to write and teach other women how to study the Bible in a way faithful to principles of interpretation. The importance of authorial intent is emphasized rather than reader-centered approaches. The instruction of Paul in Titus 2:3-5 as applied to gender-specific hermeneutic suggests that offering women skills for interpretation envisions their unique learning styles and affirms Paul's instruction. Women should use hermeneutical principles of context, exegesis, theological analysis and genre applying these to use by women. Factors related to women teaching women include: intimacy, emotional connection, relationships, details, and the power of small group settings. The author contends that really understanding the concept of tawheed is the true answer -- the bridge as it were -- to overcoming  this artifical divide.  He decided to work with young people who were not as tainted as their parents. The author utilized cognitive restructuring as the theoretical construct.
