Selected resources available for training in Bible study teaching skills were compared and contrasted to develop the curriculum for training. The selected teachers received instruction and handouts to reinforce the instruction. The format for instruction was determined by the results of the research. The primary desire of the project director was to study a variety of resources on theological styles of giving a public invitation. Upon completion of this research, the project director developed a series of four sermons and invitations for four specific age groups. To fulfill this purpose, this major project is focusing on how to preach expository preaching for the Korean church in the contemporary context. The author reviewed the preaching of Reverend HanHaum Oak, SeoTek Kim, and DongWon Lee through sermon books and internet broadcasting. Through this process, he pursued to develop more powerful and effective expository preaching in contemporary context of Korea. The project director researched leadership coaching resources and methods. The research led to the development of an annotated bibliography, a comparison study on the distinctives of the coaching process and the training components. The fruit of this research aided in the development of an equipping model to train selected West Florida Christian Educators in leadership coaching. The equipping model was piloted with a select group of Ministers of Education in West Florida. This project evaluated core classes in light of the Apostle Paul's goal of strengthening churches and their members, the biblical content of the kerygma and the didache necessary to strengthen every Christian, the means of instruction for facilitating lifelong learning, and the means of assessing the progress of the learners as a result of the teaching. The research design combines feedback from church leadership and participants as well as non-participants in the classes through surveys and open-ended interviews. The components of the project include exploring selected strategy planning models, analyzing association and convention demographic data, and reviewing the association's organizational structure and financial resources. The project director guided the strategy development by using a planning team comprised of selected individuals. The completed strategy plan was presented to the association's Administrative Council to solicit its recommendation for adoption by the associations Executive Board. This project developed a seminar to encourage older women in practical godliness that they could teach in their churhces. The nine participants in Chimbote, Peru, were evaluated three months later to determine content remembered, behavioral impact, and experiences as they taught in their churches.
