Descriptions of presentation covered Congregational Dynamics, Effective Preaching, Excellent Worship, Missional Outreach, Spiritual Formation, Practical Evangelism, and Healing and Wholeness, all in relation to the Small Membership Church. This project examines the mindsets of modernity and postmodernity alike, with a view toward preachers understanding and engaging the habits of modernity and skepticism of postmodernity through the lens of the gospel of God and its crown jewel, the cross of Jesus Christ. Whereas postmodernity asserts that truth is what one makes it and the reader imports meaning into the text rather than derives meaning from the biblical text, preachers must allow the biblical text to say what God intends to say rather than substantiate postmodern indictments toward scripture and its interpreters. The purpose of this project is to augment the current new disciples adult class and implements a module for youth explaining their choice to give their life to Christ in an age appropriate manner. Students interviewed stated that they enjoyed and learned a lot by attending this class. parents reported they were thankful for this class. The church, with over four hundred attendees, is blessed with equal proportions of first and second generation Filipinos with about two hundred in each population. The study used a survey to gather information on their ethnic identity, their experience at church, their evaluation of church ministry, as well as their aspirations for the future. Sarah Pierrepont Edwards is seens as extroverted, sensing, feeling, and judging type. Gilbert Tennent fell in the category of extroverted, intuitive, feeling, and perceiving type. George Whitefield was observed to be extroverted, sensing, feeling, and perceiving type.
