This research project explores possible reasons behind this discontinuity as well as potential avenues of greater sacramental awareness consistent with Reformed theology. A general overview of the history of sacramental liturgical theology is followed by an invitation to return to early ecclesial liturgical practices. Participants reflected on their relationship with God and committee to maintaining a growing relationship with God. In a workshop setting participants explored four concepts of strategic planning: 1) shaping direction, 2) inspiring commitment 3) developing supportive relationships, and 4) facilitating change. These concepts were contextualized in a peer-learning cluster and further customized in an individual coaching experience. The method employed in this project was a question and answer format that revolved around seven ontological questions.
