The project researched and utilized intentional interim and conflict resolution methodologies.  It included interviews with most members of the congregation, seminar training, and a weekend planning retreat. Issues of change and power were encountered.  Original research was conducted into conflict resolution styles in the biblical narratives.  The narrative of the project was written up in modified case study format.
