Questionnaires and personal interviews provide basic information. The results indicate the necessary ingredients of effective shared ministry. The author sees shared ministry as holding both the possibilities for exceptional service and demoralized apathy among pastors.  He exposes the ideals of the call to ministry, the ministry of all Christians, collegiality and the recognition of personality traits and leadership styles. Working agreements are seen as a necessity in this process. The software provided the teaching mechanisms; the teacher provided the information to be taught by that software. Journals were kept of the lesson creation and lesson teaching experiences.  Some participants were interviewed following the learning experiences. Three disciplines, Christian education, church growth, and organizational development are used to inform reflection on the project.  The conclusion of the reflection is that if the Sunday School is to be a vital Christian organization, it must more closely approximate the Anglican Volunteer Religious Societies from which it began. The project provides analysis of a college context and observations on faith development in approximately 150 students.  Exploration of four themes integrates faith development literature, Old Testament theology, exegesis of selected, illustrative biblical texts, and campus data from structured settings and class assignments.
