Evaluation by a team of viewers, producers, and committee members indicates that the procedure is effective, with the exception of the fourth step.  The place of humblecasting in the life of the church is considered. The nature of volunteerism and the theological basis for ministry were researched.  The project involved a two-sided emphasis.  First, a computerized ministry file was developed for aiding church leaders in discovering available volunteers.  Secondly, a ministries notebook was developed to aid potential volunteers in discovering available ministry positions.  A procedure was implemented for the use of both tools.
