The project initiated: 1) dialogue with the poor; 2) involvement in an unfair job situation; 3) interest in a local advocacy group. The study evaluated these results by interpreting session tape recordings, leaders' observations, and participants' written evaluations. One conclusion was that the educational model employed could be used in other settings to equip laity for deeper involvement with the poor."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Candler School of Theology"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["1e360310-aec8-4e88-a19a-00b4db71ef4a"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["work_editor","public"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791135073951547392,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T08:45:17.242Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T00:04:15Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2025-12-18T18:50:57Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"ba2a5604-5b4f-4814-a6b9-fb8fdf47ff8d","accessControl_ssim":["7d140b70-0c98-41fb-a8a2-4b81e204cba9"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Biofeedback in pastoral perspective: a self-study course for clergy"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T00:04:15Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2025-12-18T18:45:24Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["cdfb766a-46f5-43b4-a137-5b6d2eacf8b2"],"hasLease_ssim":["158f95e3-de46-4d64-829e-cf426afd9de1"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"additional_rights_info_tesim":["John D Perry"],"degree_tesim":["DMin"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Lancaster Theological Seminary"],"year_tesim":["1988"],"video_embed_tesim":[""],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min.
