Flory identified with great missionaries; her faith and intelligence, undergirded by enormous energy and drive, created so many ideas and involved so many people she was uncontainable. Sixty-one percent of the congregation par ticipated in the project, resulting in a 7 percent increase in commitment of time and a 12 percent increase in monetary pledges. The centers of value, images of power and master narratives of Harvard Business School students were gathered and analyzed.  The results were presented to a treatment group.  The control group had no data.  They engaged in faith discussions and adminstered semantic differential scales. The emotional impact upon children and parents is presented. The biblical-theological foundations of post-divorce adjustment are viewed with the aspect of forgiveness as a primary element in adjustment and decreasing stress in the post-divorce period.  Research was accomplished through a library survey of behavioral science and legal data, along with interviews of family counselors and judges. Training materials were prepared, tested in class situations, and critiqued by people with expertise in the areas stated in the thesis.  The study has shown that acceptability by the targeted audience and adequate educational quality are key factors for successful publication of materials. This research project states that a ministry study committee can define the major factors which influence ministry in the light of relocation.  The project uses Kurt Lewin's theory of change (unfreeze - float - refreeze) as a blueprint to guiding the research.  Demographic studies and a ministry attitude survey provide the data from which the conclusions are drawn. A theological examination of renewal and giftedness precedes a history of renewals since the Reformation.  The origin, structure and development of the Presbyterian Church follow.
