Sometimes, larger buildings become an unsustainable burden, to the detriment of mission and ministry of a congregation. This project uses the template of the Tabernacle to lead a congregation through a simulated wilderness experience, to worship in a neutral space. This process gives insight into a congregation's relationship with a building that has become unsustainable. The resulting exploration allows them to prepare to vacate their building, while revitalizing their ministry. In this project, Wesley's means of grace ' Bible studies, prayers, the Holy Communion, Christian fellowships, and spiritual journaling' has been applied and the purpose is spiritual growth of participants with progressive changes into holiness in all realms. The author aggregated the scattered newcomer-ministries into one (which is Majung Sokhoe), and he entrusted all the ministries of welcoming, guiding, and nurturing newcomers to Majung Sokhoe. It argues that traditional models of church leadership such as servant leadership and shepherd leadership are highly dependent on a single person, the leader. Shared leadership informed by the wisdom of scripture uncovers the benefits of team leadership in various models of shared leadership both in the Old Testament and the New Testament. The project has particularly drawn insights from Paul's shared leadership through his co-workers and found contextual application for the leadership practices of Lavington United Church. Art can engender a sense of connection to the past as well as clarify the unique identity and mission of an individual congregation. With the hope that congregations might see their own strengths and work more closely together, the author studied two groups to determine the impact of arts on the sense of identity. Be that as it may, would a certain deathless life be truly happy? The human being is an existence that ultimately ends up dying. The Bible offers two perspectives on interpretation of death: (1) Death is a natural process of life under God's creation order. (2) Death is the consequence of sin. Although death is irresistible, only if we reflect on and prepare will for, it may turn out to be of dignity - even further, of beauty. This study aims to help Christian believers who will someday meet the process of dying to reflect on the truth that death is not an object of fear and horror, and on how precious a human life allowing us to be living only once appears to be, by which, in turn, all Christians can be guided to living a happy life.
