Further, there is a redemptive framework that can inform and shape this developmental process in such a way that lives are changed, transformational leaders can be multiplied, and an organization (a church congregation in this case) may be nurtured into vibrancy and health. It is the desire of this writer that this thesis-project may not only articulate a guiding philosophy of developmental process at Faith Baptist Fellowship, but also create an intentional plan and structure for reproducing transformational leaders who possess and can assert their leadership in light of the redemptive leadership framework. Though born into a world that held tightly to race segregation, Seymour's ministry gave a glimpse of heaven where people of 'every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation' forever worship God together (Revelation 5:9). And though Seymour's childhood included Hoodoo cult influences, he grew into a man who sought only the power and glory of God most high. They are owner- managers of their business, with the oldest being 63 years of age and the youngest 38. All interviewees were obtained through personal contacts, and the interviews conducted by the author personally. This is limited study that aims to identify the various characteristics of Chinese entrepreneurship, the influence of Confucianism on Chinese entrepreneurship and the reasons why these entrepreneurs started their businesses. The project director studies the worldview of the millennial generation in order to determine receptivity to varying approaches to personal evangelism. In addition, the project director researched the field of chronological Bible storying in order to identify essential themes relevant to personal evangelism training among millennials. He used that information to develop and conduct a workshop aimed at training the selected leaders in personal evangelism by using aspects of chronological Bible storying. The workshop addressed attitudes, experiences, and barriers regarding personal evangelism, the basics of the millennial worldview, the importance of Bible storying, essential themes of the Bible, and personal engagement skills. This thesis examines the obvious pattern of God's redemptive history that unites both the Old Testament and the New Testament. The lesson plan is stimulated by recent literature in hermeneutics and homiletics. After demonstrating the importance and value of metaphors, it presents the father metaphor as a valuable addition to current metaphorical language in use. Due to widespread difficulties with pastoral identity and cultural confusion about the role of biological fathers, this thesis sets forth a rediscovery of the term 'father' which can be applied to pastoral ministry in the twenty-first century. The purpose of this study is to reintroduce the figure of John Berridge to a contemporary readership. Second it will argue that it is John Berridge's appropriation of the post-Reformational experiential tradition with its re-discovery of justification by faith that is foundational to his conversion, surrounds his experience in the Cambridgeshire Revival, and sustains his ministry in Everton. The result is that many preachers fail to deliver expository messages from such passages. This thesis-project makes the case tha6t expository preaching is the only reliable way to proclaim God or his will; supports this by examining God's nature, God's revelation, and biblical authority; and provides a mini-book to equip preachers to deliver expository messages from Old Testament Narratives. A literature review explores contemporary theories of interpretation, Old Testament narrative art, and pericopal theology of Old Testament narratives. The author researched how the consecutive religions with their beliefs and practices throughout the history of Egypt have combined to shape the mentality, worship, manners, and character of today's Egyptians.
