Non-theism (an umbrella term encompassing atheism, agnosticism, and humanism) was examined through historical, constitutional, legal, and demographic lenses to establish its status as a religious life-stance. Spiritual hospitality and an interpretive frame for interfaith dialogue provided a means of increasing chaplains' religious accommodation for non-theists. This hyphenated identity, however, often triggers and fosters a sense of identity diffusion, and holds back the assertion of self-agency. Also the community is challenged continously upon their Christian ministry to provide care that can help themselves positively cope with suffering from their marginal contexts. The survey was conducted before and after the training program among 30 new church members and 30 lay leaders. It presents research conducted by analyzing a survey which was completed twice, before and after six weeks of study, by three groups in two different churches. His question was 'What kind of worship services can we create to bring together the younger and older generations at Wondang church?'  He used four steps to bring a united worship in Wondang church: Praise and Worship; Traditional; Blended; and Multisensory and Experiential.  The results were not great because there were some limitations of the existing church.  However he was hopeful for the Korean churches based on his findings. To analyze the result of the Walk to Emmaus movement, I made a survey of the ten churches which participated in it actively and about 200 people who belonged to the group of pilgrims in those churches. Through tools that support the exploration of the biblical, spiritual, physical and occupational aspects of vocation, individuals are able to better connect to their spiritual gifts and this in turn facilitates discernment of their vocational calling. Research was gathered through a five-week evaluation process, interviews, surveys and group discussion which resulted in the creation and implementation of this model mentorship program. The theme of the retreat was based on the biblical leadership of Moses and Joshua. The author conducted surveys before and after the retreat among thirty Korean Americans.
