Seven congregants participated in a six-week Bible study on God's will for divine health with a focus on God's goodness. Each session included prayer, worship, lecture, discussion, and reflective journaling. Interviews, surveys, field notes, and journaling validated the qualitative case studies. Results indicate obstacles were identified, and four out of six participants that identified obstacles chose to begin the process of overcoming those obstacles. This paper's primary question is: from the perspective of the congregation has this co-pastoral approach to professional ministry been successful in attaining the goals and objectives intended when co-pastors were called to serve the congregation? This work examines the biblical and theological foundations of the professional relationship as well as the initial objectives of the congregation in developing this approach to pastoral leadership. Therefore, their identity as Christians becomes impoverished and vague. When a Christian discerns a clearer personal narrative and how it connects with God's narrative, clarity, energy and an outward-bound expression of faith develops. A three week workshop with 13 parishioners was developed. Several instruments of analysis, within Kirkpatrick's Taxonomy framework, were utilized. Growth in people's engagement and understanding of Anglican spirituality can transform their lives, and those of others, empowering all to be witnesses to the gospel in the world. Using an underlying motif of Jesus' parable of the sower, eleven people were invited into a committed, intentional, creative community. Eleven weeks of catechetical work with participants focused on the liturgical season of Epiphany. Group work included engagement with and theological reflection on scripture readings, preaching, prayers, sacraments, the Book of Common Prayer, and creative worship planning. This project provided participants with an understanding of: (1) the risk of child sexual abuse (CSA) occurring within the church context; (2) the effects of CSA on the victims and their families and the church; and (3) the biblical motivation for safeguarding minors who participate in the church's ministries. Evidence of church decline is already being observed by concerned African leaders in the church. With particular reference to the church in Nigeria, the peculiar nature of church decline and death here is very different from what obtains in the West. It is more of qualitative than quantitative; and it could go unnoticed, except with careful observation. The purpose of this Doctor of Ministry Project is to revitalize a daughter church of Newlife Baptist Church through a process of leadership training. Like Apostle Paul did, experience also shows that it is better to start revitalizing churches while they are still young and malleable, rather than wait till they begin to suffer decline and death. Churches that are given the opportunity of regular re-development have greater chances of being healthy and reproducing healthy churches with time. The selected leaders of Newlife Baptist Church that were intensively trained (and that already have the responsibility of overseeing her several daughter churches) had a Renewal Weekend organized with the daughter church used for this project (New Creation Baptist Church). The purpose is to begin a revitalization process with this church. In this project, the participants read through the entire New Testament in twelve weeks. The study showed the strong need for a program which provides a particular method of Bible reading.
