The schedule covered nine sessions held on consecutive Sunday afternoons. The selected group consisted of fifteen believers, and each session lasted no more than two hours. The following issues were addressed: conflict as inevitable, healthy, and necessary; seven intensities of conflict; confrontation and communication; biblical peacemaking; overcoming antagonism; forgiveness and reconciliation; and conflict-readiness through the spiritual disciplines. The project goals were to research the field of conflict resolution, to develop teaching sessions to equip selected believers in conflict resolution skills, and to equip selected believers in conflict resolution skills. This project reviewed the biblical and Islamic theology of dreams and the modernistic tendency to delegate dreams to fantasy. The author did interviews in an open access setting with Muslims, both current and converted, purported to have had dreams that revealed spiritual truth. The interviews revealed that Diaspora Muslims were indeed having dreams in which Jesus appeared. The research identified propitious conditions for such dreams and common characteristics of biblical dreams. They have a compelling vision for the last days and the need for night and day prayer. The project sought to identify IHOP's biblical values and practicies, separate them from their culturally charismatic setting and successfully present them to a mixed group of charismatic and non-charismatic intercessors, evaluating their responses to the presented material. Material was developed to teach about spiritual formation. The first ten chapters of the book were developed into a ten-week group experience. Each week the participants read and meditated on the text, then discussed it through questions that were drafted by the author. The effectiveness of the ten-week series was measured by giving questionnaires at the beginning and end of the series. To gain an understanding of the homebound, the project director researched and analyzed current methods of ministry to the homebound. Educational and homebound ministry professionals reviewed materials utilizing the development of the workshop sessions. The project director referenced the latest texts to explore methods and trends in caring for the homebound. In this project the project director explored the areas of visitation guidelines, effective communication, spiritual aspects, and maintenance of ties to the local church. The project enabled team members to locate and minister effectively to the homebound. Opportunities for role-playing gave team members enhanced ministry skills. The project methodology included PowerPoint presentations, role-plays, lectures, small group discussions, and handouts. The goal of this study, which focused on the country of Portugal, was to discover how to make these transitions more viable. In order to achieve this, a qualitative methodology was designed which involved interviewing three individuals from each of five church plants who had observed such a transition over the previous five years.
