Theological study evaluated team relationships in the Bible. Literature review covered pastoral staffing issues in the contemporary church, focusing on partnering factors. Case studies at applicable churches involved surveys and in-person interviews of the pastors. This thesis examined specific issues dealing with the use of telemental health in pastoral counseling. From this research two conclusions can be drawn. The forty-two Minnesota town and country churches in the study group are technologically ready for telemental health; however, the human aspect of using telemental health is lagging behind the technology. Socio-cultural misunderstanding hampers relational harmony and ministry effectiveness in affected churches. In response to this problem, the researcher surveyed rurban leaders in three geographic regions of the United States, identified the major recurrent components of the rurban collision, and made recommendations to church leaders concerning how to effectively lead in the presence of rurban socio-cultural tension. The problem that this project addressed is that there is currently no general understanding of how current faith develpment research can be used to promote the spiritual development of children who are raised in Harmony. The six key areas of spiritual growth identified in these interviews are: relationship with parents, relationships with peers, relationship with significant adults, search for identity, transformative life events, and God's activity. The ministry leaders were equipped in both classroom training and individual coaching sessions with their coach mentor while they coached two other coachees for a period of three months. The participants successfully acquired an understanding of the biblical foundation and principles of coaching while achieving a demonstrated improvement in the nine CoachNet coaching competencies. Diocese of Fort Worth","Homosexuality--Religious aspects","Ordination of women"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["This study sought to identify the values and factors that resulted in the decision of the Episcopal Diocese of Fort Worth to separate from the Episcopal Church, USA.  A questionnaire was submitted to the leadership of the diocese, consisting of the Bishop, Canon to the Ordinary, and the members of the Standing Committee.  Women's ordination to the priesthood and acceptance of the homosexual lifestyle, together with threats to make the diocese conform, were the most crucial factors. The task is required to research and study about what the community needs. The Korean community where Dream Baptist Church is located sets a high value on children education.  Dream Baptist Church discovered the community needs and developed a children's mission school named Mission Rangers. This project is designed to establish a children's mission school in a local church in order to make the connection with the community and seeks the outreach opportunities. Enlistment and training of teachers will be the first stage.  Second stage focuses on fourteen gathering sessions to conduct a children's mission school. The project lasted for ten weeks and included eight sessions in theories and eight sessions in practical evangelistic visits. Through this project the participants became knowledgeable in the biblical mandate for evangelism, acquired the skills necessary to be effective witnesses and developed the passion and discipline needed for living out the Great Commandment of the Lord.
