This project demonstrates that the Christian practices of worship, learning, fellowship, and gifts of service strengthen individual disciples within a more inclusive body of Christ. The research was conducted through focus groups with the members of a group home and some members of their circles of support. A Church 360 survey was used to decipher the congregation's perception of their current missional posture. Then, focus groups were conducted to mine out missional narratives from the church's past. Finally, missional experiments were conducted throughout the community. The survey results indicated that people's understanding of their involvement in the mission of God was not uniform. A descriptive survey was conducted. The study identified the enormous impact of Confucianism on the leadership challenges of SBC alumnae. The alumnae's top ten leadership challenges include overcommitment, burnout, perfectionism, overly high expectation of oneself, balancing family and ministry, balancing motherhood and ministry, conflict resolution, implementing change in ministry, decision making, and excessive concern over the criticism toward oneself. Using a qualitative research approach with a grounded theory methodology, this project employed a research method which included an online Zoomerang survey and follow-up interviews. The research discloses that a significant number of participants affirm the stated thesis. The communities of Alabaster have experienced significant growth in population over the past ten years. The project manager identified a need for his church to determine the best strategies for reaching residents who are not Christians and are not involved in a local church. Demographic studies and feedback from local residents were utilized to determine the impact of this project on the community. A qualitative research methodology was utilized to field-test an integrated approach to prayer and planning in three different settings. This listener study surveyed 651 Catholic high school students to determine what makes for effective connection with them. Focus groups, clergy interviews, observational research, and literature review further developed that knowledge. Statistical analysis upended certain widely held assumptions. Regular Mass attendees rated the person of their preacher highly.
