  • New believers in the United Kingdom tend to come from secular culture with virtually no Christian background or context. They have been molded by forces within contemporary culture. On the basis of research, a training course was written by the author aimed at Christians mature in the faith. It sought to identify and articulate cultural forces. Biblical training, fostering understanding, and preparing mature believers as mentors would motivate, raise, and sharpen the ability to ground new believers in the faith. Mentors would also seek to expose, challenge, and undo cultural influences that detract from or counter a Christian worldview.
