Abstracto

This project develops a system of working with on-furlough missionaries serving with home office staff for the purpose of enlisting pastors to be missionaries. Supervision, ministry, and leadership from the home office staff must be intentional. A system of evaluation, critique, and intentional affirmation through feedback was developed. Goal achievement by the program and the supervisor was measured by instruments completed by the assistants. The project was a success because the assistants accomplished more than any former group, and returned to their fields of service with a sense of accomplishment.
