Abstracto

This dissertation is a program evaluation of the course Discipleship for leadership. It develops on the assumption that Discipleship for leadership provides the biblical basis for developing disciples who go on to become disciple-makers. Although time restraint makes it impossible to measure the effectiveness of this study in developing disciples who go on to become disciple-makers, this evaluation measures an individual's growth in conviction, intentionality, and resolve for making disciples. The study reveals a measureable increase in spiritual growth and intentionality in disciple-making by almost all of the class participation after the course.
