Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to identify the ministry needs of couples who experience a miscarriage and develop a training curriculum for a lay-leader equipping workshop. The project leader equipped selected lay leaders of Central Baptist Church, Hillsboro, Texas, to minister with the exigencies stemming from prenatal loss. The participants acquired the skills to effectively minister to parents coping with prenatal loss. The project director utilized an array of teaching methodologies for classroom instruction and applied evaluative instruments to assess the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains of the project.
