Abstract

The purpose of the project was to equip a selected group of believers at Latta Baptist in Latta, South Carolina, to utilize their spiritual gifts. The project director accomplished this purpose through a spiritual gifts workshop. The workshop encompassed six, seventy-five minute sessions and included a study guide, interactive activities, assessments, inventories, and a post-workshop consultation to enable participants to employ their giftedness. The project director measured workshop effectiveness through workshop pre- and post-tests, a service covenant, expert evaluators, and ministerial reflection.
