- Abstract
- This dissertation affirms strength-based Christian leadership as opposed to trait-based. It is part of Project Cathedral supervised by the the Center for Christian Leadership of Dallas Theological Seminary. It consists of a biblical study of Moses, a search of recent periodical literature, an analysis of Credibility by Kouzes and Posner, and case studies of two senior pastors. The case studies reviewed church documents, performed on-site observations and employed a questionnaire and the Personal Profile System (Performax). The hypothesis was validated. The paper also contains a brief summary of Project Cathedral and recommendations for future studies.
